KK was born on August 23, 1968 in Delhi. Over 3,500 jingles in 11 languages were sung by him. In addition to Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Bengali, Assamese, and Gujarati, he is well-known for recording songs in these languages. He rose to fame with the song “Tadap Tadap” from the 1999 Hindi film Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam. Pal, his debut album, was released that same year and became well-known. In May 2022, the 53-year-old singer passed away during a suspected heart attack.
